An Employee's Guide to Unfair Dismissal
Inner City Legal Centre and Kingsford Legal Centre have just published a 2nd edition of "An Employee's Guide to Unfair Dismissal".
It was launched by the NSW Minister for Industrial Relations on 23 October 2007.
It is an online publication that explains in plain English the NSW and federal laws about unfair dismissal and unlawful termination, how to work out if an employee is in the NSW or federal system, and the process for making a claim for those who are eligible.
