Governance
The Federation is managed by a committee comprised of elected Federation members and the Federation's Executive Officer.
The Federation's 2009-10 Management Committee is:

- Laura Vivarini - Moreland Community Legal Centre
- Jillian Williams - Consumer Action Law Centre (Secretary)
- Hugh de Kretser - Executive Officer, Federation of Community Legal Centres (Vic)
