Governance
The Federation is managed by a committee comprised of elected Federation members and the Federation's Executive Officer.
The Federation's 2010-11 Management Committee is:

- James Farrell - PILCH Homeless Persons’ Legal Clinic (Treasurer)
- Carol Stuart – Springvale Monash Community Legal Centre
- Brendan Sydes - Environment Defenders Office (Victoria)
- Laura Vivarini - Moreland Community Legal Centre
- Jillian Williams - Consumer Action Law Centre (Secretary)
- Hugh de Kretser - Executive Officer, Federation of Community Legal Centres (Vic)
- Greta Haywood - Melbourne University Student Union Legal Service
