One of the best starting points to find out about the law in Victoria is The Law Handbook Online, produced by Fitzroy Legal Service.
The Law Handbook Online is the most comprehensive, plain English guide to the law in Victoria with information on a wide range of legal topics from fines and family law to wills and tenancy.

Bushfire Legal Help
The Bushfire Legal Help website was established in response to the 2009 Victorian bushfires as part of a larger joint initiative to assist victims and survivors of the bushfires. The website addresses many of the complex legal issues that face victims and survivors as they rebuild their lives, including insurance, destroyed wills, the coronial process, and family law issues.
