Privacy Policy
The Federation of Community Legal Centres (Vic.) Inc. (the 'Federation'), as the moderator of Community Law, respects and abides by the privacy principles enacted in Australian and international law.
The Federation does not gather "cookies" or any information from site visitors. The Federation does not knowingly pass on, publish or disclose any identifying information regarding the network identities of machines visiting Community Law to any third party.
The Federation does not use email addresses or any information contained in emails sent to Community Law for any purpose other than that for which the email and the information contained within the email was intended.
The Federation does not maintain a mailing list, database or records of email traffic to this site other than subscriptions to the Federation's e-newsletter, nor do any of the community legal centres whose websites are hosted on Community Law. People who have subscribed to the Federation's e-newsletter who no longer wish to subscribe can contact the Federation to be removed from this mailing list. The Federation does not pass on, publish or disclose any email addresses from our e-newsletter database to any third party
