Appointments
Clients are seen on an "appointment only" basis. As there is a large demand for assistance there may be a waiting period of up to two weeks. In order to protect your privacy and confidentiality we do not give out telephone advice in legal matters.
Night Service
We provide a service each Thursday evening from 6.00pm. Appointments must be made. The service is staffed exclusively by volunteer practitioners and administrative staff and is run as an "advice only" service. Clients requiring ongoing assistance are referred to the day staff.

Casey Cardinia Community Legal Servicedoes not provide advice or information in relation to the following areas of law:
- Wills
- Probate
- Workers Compensation
- Conveyancing
- Personal Injury
- Child Support.
Please Note
In general, matters that need court representation or involve complex ongoing legal matters will be referred to private solicitors or Victoria Legal Aid. However, we can assist self-represented clients.
