Service Users Rights
Your rights at this Centre are to:
- Confidentiality
- To have your dignity and rights respected
- Decide what you want to happen
- Be fully informed of all options of resolving problems
- Receive the highest standard of legal service possible
- Have legal advice that is free from conflicts of interests
- Have an interpreter assist you at the interview
- Referral to another service if your needs cannot be met
- Complain if unhappy with the service and have this heard and dealt with fairly
- Make suggestions to improve the services provided at the Centre
- Apply to become a member of the Centre & vote at our Annual General Meeting
- Nominate for election to the Committee of Management
- Have an opportunity to participate in Centre activities and campaigns
Staff and volunteers at the Centre can assist you if you need help with carrying out these rights.
