How to obtain copies of the Fact Sheets:
For postal copies send us your order form. Go to postal order form, left hand side of this screen. There will be a cost for postage and handling of large orders. Please contact the Centre on 03 9376 4355 to confirm this cost.
To download the Fact Sheets they are available on the left hand side of this screen.
For example
Fact Sheet 1: Eligibility can be downloaded by clinking Eligibility in the menu box.
Then select the language you require: English, Arabic, Chinese and Vietnamese.
