Mental Health Legal Centre Inc.
Community Legal Education
To assist consumers and others understand and participate in the law the Centre undertakes Community Legal Education (CLE). This can take the form of workshops, forums or the production of information and resources.
There are two places in this site you can access documents produced by Centre: you may click on the left and you might also like to check the Law Reform Policy Area.
The Centre gives priority for CLE to groups in the following order:
-
consumers and carers of psychiatric services;
-
the legal profession and advocacy groups;
-
health or welfare organisations,eductional institutions and the general public.
The Centre produces some in-house materials but can also access other relevant resources.
