Monash-Oakleigh Legal Service may be able to help you if you have a legal issue arising out of your dealings with Centrelink. We can help you to apply for review of a social security decision or to negotiate with Centrelink, and in appropriate cases, we can help you to prepare an application to the Social Security Appeals Tribunal. We may also be able to provide advice if you have questions relating to your welfare rights. Please bring any documentation and correspondence from Centrelink that relates to your matter along with you to your appointment.
