Peninsula Community Legal Centre (PCLC) is based in Frankston with offices in Bentleigh, Cranbourne, Frankston North and Rosebud. PCLC is a free legal service and provides initial legal advice and information on most legal matters. Ongoing casework assistance, including court representation, is provided in line with the Centre's Advice and Casework Guidelines.Head Office
