Code of Practice for Court Based Family Violence (Applicant) Programs

Developed by the Federation of Community Legal Centres (Vic) Inc for the use of community legal centres who provide court-based duty lawyer services in family violence intervention order matters. The Code of Practice provides guidelines to legal practitioners for the provision of assistance in family violence matters and includes a set of tools to inform practice and the management and operation of court-based family violence programs.
