Legal Profession Act Requirements

The Legal Profession Act sets out practice requirements for community legal centre legal practices. Part 2.9 of the Act has specific practice requirements for CLCs including the requirement that CLCs employ a supervising legal practitioner. Part 3.3 deals with Trust Accounts and Trust Money. The Act establishes a new category of practising certificates for volunteers.
