Family Violence Assistance Program

The Loddon Campaspe Community Legal Centre provides free legal assistance and support to people who are victims of family and domestic violence and who are applying for an intervention order.

Respondents will generally receive assistance from the Duty Lawyer.

The legal assistance service is provided at the Bendigo Magistrates’ Court every Wednesday and the Maryborough and Echuca Magistrates’ Courts every second Tuesday. Please ask for the service at the Court reception (or Court Network desk in Bendigo).

You can also telephone our Centre for free legal advice on Monday afternoon 1-4pm or Thursday morning 9.30am-12.30pm.
