The Victorian Aboriginal Legal Service has released a kit exploring the use of Aboriginal English in the courts. The kit also provides guidance to those in practice who wish to ameliorate the experience of Indigenous Australians entering the court system.

The Federation has published its report on the Attorney-General's Community Law Partnerships. The report discusses pro bono partnerships between community legal centres and law firms. The project was funded by the Victoria Law Foundation.
