Legal advice and casework

The St.Kilda Legal Service operates a free legal service provided by volunteer lawyers three evenings a week, Monday, Wednesday and Thursday.  A limited service is also available during the day for emergencies and for people who have special needs and difficulties attending at night.  An outreach legal service is provided by the Drug Outreach Program.

St. Kilda Legal Service sees many people who have nowhere else they can find assistance due to many different factors, sometimes related to income and others related to the peculiarity of the matter or the complexity of the individual client and their needs.
